- Delivery fee ¥550 (tax incl.), free for orders of ¥15,000 (tax incl.) or more. Bank transfer fees are borne by the customer.

- Invoice: monthly closing, payment due by the end of the following month. Advance transfer: by the date we specify after order confirmation. Cash: upon delivery.

- Cancellation and changes
- Free until the order deadline. After the deadline the full amount is charged because ingredients have been purchased and prepared.

- Because these are perishable foods, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for customer convenience. If you find a foreign object, missing items or wrong items, contact us within 2 hours of delivery and we will remake or refund the item.
