Ordering & Delivery

Our ordering terms, delivery area, payment methods and cancellation policy.

  1. Enquire

    Tell us date, quantity and address.

  2. Confirm

    We confirm menu, price and allergens.

  3. Delivery

    We deliver at the agreed time.

  4. Payment

    Pay by invoice or cash.

Minimum order
5 meals or more per delivery (bento types may be mixed).
Order deadline
15:00 on the business day before delivery. For Shokado, Premium Kaiseki-style, platters and onigiri sets: 15:00, two business days before delivery.
Delivery days and times
Weekdays, any time between 10:00 and 14:00 (closed weekends, public holidays and year-end/New Year).
Delivery area
Kyoto City (Shimogyo, Nakagyo, Higashiyama, Minami, Kamigyo and Sakyo wards). Please ask about other areas.
Delivery fee
¥550 (tax incl.). Free for orders totaling ¥15,000 (tax incl.) or more.
Payment
Businesses: invoice with bank transfer (monthly closing, payment by the end of the following month). Individuals and first orders: advance bank transfer or cash on delivery. Bank transfer fees are borne by the customer.
Cancellation and changes
Changes and cancellations are free until the order deadline. After the deadline we have already purchased and prepared ingredients, so the full amount is charged.
If something is wrong
If you find a foreign object, missing items or wrong items, contact us within 2 hours of delivery. After checking, we will remake the item or refund it.
Food safety
Keep bento out of direct sunlight in a cool place and eat within 2 hours of delivery.
Allergens and dietary needs
We provide information on the 8 legally specified allergens (shrimp, crab, walnut, wheat, buckwheat, egg, milk, peanut) when you order. We cannot guarantee freedom from cross-contact.
Extras
Disposable chopsticks, wet towels and a trash bag are included.
